The story of the emigration of some Moroccan fisherman from Essaouira to the South of the country in the hope of living or surviving by fishing, combating the constant flow of foreign trawlers.  Between poetry and despair, this is a portrait of fisherman deprived of their only means of subsistence by a clear theft.  Who carries responsibility for the death knell of this industry?
