In October 1974, on rue Santa Fe à Santiago in Chilli, Miguel Enriquez, is captured in an ambush and assassinated by the military. Carmen Castillo, his companion who is pregnant is dangerously wounded. After having been held, she is expelled to France where she pursues militant activities. Fifteen years after the fall of the dictator Pinochet, Carmen returns to Rue Santa Fe to discover what happened that day in October in 1974.
