In Madrid, after taking part in a witty session with her friends, a young girl is attacked by supernatural creatures who threaten to attack her family. The only case of paranormal activity officially recognized by the Spanish police.

After the success of REC, the Spanish filmmaker Paco Plaza returns with a film of possession, Veronica. This story, rooted in the Spain of the 1990s, recounts a tragic and supernatural incident in a popular district of Madrid.
