At the end of the evening at Karsten, everyone is gone, except Anna. Suddenly, it collapses and dies. Why did not Karsten call for help? Who is this Anna, unknown to everyone in this little town? These questions come back constantly and fuel the mistrust of those around him.
Through a narrative twist, the film moves from a quiet thriller based on discomfort to a violent fable about power and evil.
